1.High strength integrated machine body
High strength heavy steel welded structure, after aging and high temperature annealing treatment.
2.Transmission structure
X-axis rack and double guide rails, Y-axis double-sided rack and bilateral drive servo motor combined with precision reducer. greatly reduce the probability of rack wear and deformation, noise-free operation at 500mm/s idling speed.
3.100W MOPA laser source
Ensure the processing strength and speed of the material.
4.Upper exhaust system
It is equipped with two sets of lower suction system and two sets of auxiliary upper suction system, and the fan air pump automatically starts and stops, saving power and mute.

Production Details
