v adopt single side overhead bridge structure, open type and ultra wide visual field, which can better complete the placement of large workpieces, carry out three coordinate surveying and mapping, high-speed scanning, reverse engineering and other work.

Extended  Series CMM has a fixed granite table, while surveying and mapping, there is no need to customize a special foundation, and can better improve the use efficiency, powerful, integrated functions, easy to operate, is the best choice for large workpiece measurement.

High-quality natural granite worktop, equipped with M8 threaded inlays.

The three-axis guide rail is made of high-quality natural granite with the same temperature characteristics and resistance to effective deformation.

The X-direction triangular beam structure reduces motion loads and improves overall machine performance. It is currently the best structural design to ensure stability and rigidity.

The L-shaped semi-elevated structure is adopted in the Y direction, which can effectively reduce the transmission load in the Y direction and improve the operating speed, measurement accuracy and repeatability of the measuring machine.

Transmission System

Three-axis flexible silent synchronous belt has compact structure, smooth operation, no gap, fast speed, low noise and easy maintenance.

All three axes use high-power drives, motors and new double-stage belt reducers to ensure accurate and rapid transmission.

The motor is placed remotely to reduce moving mass, increase speed, and avoid the impact of motor heating on the performance of the measuring machine.

Pneumatic System

Preloaded air bearings surround the distribution of high-precision self-cleaning air bearings, optimizing the air bearing gap and improving stability.

The three axes have independent pneumatic systems, which can independently adjust air pressure and flow to achieve the best movement state.

The Z-direction adopts German FESTO adjustable pneumatic balance, which makes the movement smooth and can automatically brake in emergency situations to ensure safety.

The Probe head PH10T is a motorized indexing head that mounts and re-orientates the probe .

The PH10T can be repeatable orientated to any one of 720 positions.

 PH10T features and benefits:

720 repeatable positions at 7.5° increments

Shank-mounted

The Probe body TP20 is a 5-way or 6-way kinematics touch trigger probe. Its two-piece design comprises a probe body and detachable stylus module(s), which gives the ability to change stylus configurations either manually or automatically without re-qualification of the stylus tips, providing significant time savings in inspection routines.
